erica burden – co-founder

A gypsy at heart Erica was born in the East Coast, raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, met and married her late husband, Keith, in the East Bay, and after exploring several places settled in Orange County, California to raise their family.  Being a mother of six active children, serving as a board member of several sport and choir booster clubs, being her children’s cheerleader, all while working full-time as an Executive Assistant, Erica mastered the art of organization. . . Four years ago Erica’s gypsy spirit brought her to Southern Utah.  
As office manager for a commercial insulation subcontractor, as well as working collections for her plumbing contractor brother-in-law she found it to be a battle at times to obtain payment in full.  Determined to improve collections Erica co-founded EZPrelien.com to ensure sub contractors are paid for their specialized work.

Joshua Kay – Co-founder

Born and raised in Northern Utah, Lived in Las Vegas for 10 years and settled down in Southern Utah, where he is raising his four children, coaches sports and in his free time is a full time Firefighter/Paramedic, Entrepreneur, Craftsman, and Farmer. He has seen many close to him including his father struggle to be paid as a self employed cabinet installer. Motivated to help solve problems, he co-founded EZPreLien.com to ensure all sub contractors are paid for their hard work and dedication.
